Membership Subscriptions Frequently Asked Questions

This information is for the monthly or yearly MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS. It does not apply to ALL ACCESS PASSES!

How does a membership subscription work?  After choosing a membership term and completing the checkout process you will then sign into your account on the Svg Stop website. (website sign in here) Then everything on the website will have a price of $0. Add the items you would like to your cart. Then complete the checkout process. Download as usual.

How often am I billed?  You will choose your subscription term of monthly or yearly. This will determine how often you are billed for a subscription. If you choose a yearly subscription, your payment method will be billed automatically every year on the same day that you subscribed....for example, you subscribe on May 1st 2017 then your next payment will be auto billed on May 1st 2018. 

Can I change my subscription term or payment method? Yes, you make make changes to your subscription term and update your payment method and personal information at anytime by logging into your subscription account. (membership log in here)

Can I get a refund for a membership subscription? No, we do not offer refunds for membership subscriptions. 

How do I cancel my subscription? You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. To do so, simply log into your membership account. Once logged in, click on subscriptions. Click on the blue plus sign beside your membership. Here you will choose cancel. Then confirm this cancellation in the pop up box. (if no pop up appears, you will need to allow pop-ups in your browser settings)
*Please note, cancellations are effective immediately. No refunds will be given for any remaining subscription term.
**Cancellations must be made BEFORE renewal date to avoid charges for the next term**
