What do I get with my purchase?
All products are digital downloads and come in a compressed Zip format. Each Zip file will contain SVG, DXF, EPS, JPEG, & PNG files that can be used with most cutting machines and printers.
All of our files have been cut tested with silhouette basic version software and cricut design space but can also be used with other cutting machines that support any of the above file types. DXF files can be used with Silhouette basic version software.

How do I get my purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, your order will be instantly available for downloading. You will also receive a confirmation email containing download links for each listing purchased.

How do I open the .zip file?
Zip files are file folders containing the contents of your order that are compressed to download faster. Most computers have built in decompression software but if yours does not,  you may need to download a free extractor. See tutorials for help with unzipping:

May I sell products that I create with SVG Stop designs?
YES! All of our designs include a STANDARD LICENSE and are approved for PERSONAL and SMALL BUSINESS use. This means you may use our files to create any physical object to use personally, gift, or sell up to 500 items via your small business. Please be sure to read the terms of use for our Standard Commercial License for a full description on the allowed use for SVG Stop designs. For those wanting to mass produce or sell on print on demand sites we offer an EXTENDED USE LICENSE 

Is there a Return Policy? Due to the nature of my products, returns are not accepted. No refunds will be issued. Please know that your complete satisfaction is my number one priority. Please contact me if you have any concerns or questions about your order.

Which file do I use for my software? see software compatibility overview below:

  • SVG files - for Silhouette Designer (paid upgrade), Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan N Cut, Sure Cuts Alot, Make the Cut, Inkscape, Adobe Suite, Corel Draw, and more.
  • DXF files - for Silhouette Studio Basic Edition (this is the one that comes with your machine)
  • EPS files - for Inkscape, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and more.
  • PNG files - for printing and other software programs. These files can be used with your printer to create iron-on transfers, signs, invitations, etc.  For iron on transfers, be sure to "Flip Horizontal" before printing and follow the directions included with your transfer paper.
